Consultation
Your dream project begins with an in-home consultation with one of our expert landscape designers. They will listen to your needs and ideas to best understand the right project for you. Your designer will determine what your project will require, going over design features, materials, and cost. All of your questions and concerns will be addressed before the end of your consultation but, the communication does not stop there. You will have access to any team member throughout the process, whether a question needs to be answered, or a concern has to be met. We will be here for you.

Design
A signed formal agreement and deposit will initiate the design process if design work is needed. We'll prepare detailed plans showing you all of the elements for your landscape and hardscape project. The design phase will also include completion of a detailed site analysis, preparation of base maps, engineering plans, 3D models, elevations, and the development of conceptual plans.

Installation Proposal
Once we have completed your project design work and planning, a comprehensive written proposal detailing your entire project's work will be presented to you. All materials needed for your project will also be included in the proposal. During your review of the proposal, we will answer any questions and address any concerns you may have. Modifications to your proposal can easily be made to ensure the final outcome of your project exceeds your expectations. We will schedule the installation process as soon as you give us your final approval, accompanied with an initial deposit.

Installation
Once we receive your signed proposal and deposit, you will receive a start date for your project. We will obtain any required permits and order all of the materials needed. We will conduct a pre- construction meeting with every team member that will be involved with your project. This will ensure the entire construction process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Once construction begins, our uniformed team of professionals will maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the process to eliminate any inconveniences to you, your neighbors, or surrounding properties.
